Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Racking/Masker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves preparing and masking parts for anodizing processes to ensure proper coating and finish according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply masking materials (tapes, plugs, paints) to parts prior to anodizing.
- Inspect parts for cleanliness and defects before masking.
- Ensure masking is precise to protect designated areas from anodizing.
- Remove masking after anodizing and perform basic touch-ups if needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to handle small parts and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
