An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact with high school and post-secondary students. This contract position involves working onsite across 2-3 locations, starting as soon as possible and continuing through June 3, 2027. Enjoy a consistent schedule of 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, working either 8:30-4:00 or 8:15-3:45, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
The primary focus will be supporting students from grades 9 through post-secondary ages. The annual workload includes conducting and completing an average of 10-15 Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), with no overdue cases currently pending. This position could evolve to include Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision responsibilities in the future, though none are required at present.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience working in educational settings, preferably at the high school or young adult level
- Strong background in developing, implementing, and monitoring FBAs and BIPs
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families
- Flexibility to move between multiple sites as needed
- Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for students
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized FBAs and BIPs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student behavior needs
- Provide training and guidance to educational staff
- Track progress and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Maintain open communication with families and school staff
- Adapt services to meet student needs as required
