Job Description:
We are seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, installing and configuring systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations for end-users.
Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems.

Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.

Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.

Assist with upgrades, patches, and system backups.
Qualifications:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).

1–3 years of desktop or IT support experience.

Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS environments.
-
Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
