Job Title: Project Coordinator I
Location: New York, NY 10065
Duration: 21-Week Contract
Schedule: 07:30 AM - 03:30 PM M-F
Pay Range: $27-$32/hr W2
Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator I supports project operations by coordinating administrative tasks, managing documentation, and assisting with grant budget tracking. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure projects run efficiently while maintaining strong communication and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Daily project activities and maintain project documentation.
- Assist with grant budget tracking and reporting.
- Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to support project needs.
- Maintain accurate records using systems such as EPIC and UKG/Kronos.
- Provide administrative and customer service support to project teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of related work experience.
- Experience with grant budget management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with EPIC and UKG/Kronos strongly preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
