If youve got a base of mechanical knowledge and a hunger to learn the "why" behind the "how," we want you in our bays.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Routine Maintenance:Perform oil changes, fluid flushes, tire swaps, and brake services.
- System Diagnostics:Assist senior techs in troubleshooting electrical, fuel, and mechanical issues.
- Precision Assembly:Unbox and assemble new units with a focus on technical "dial-in" and safety checks.
- Accessory Integration:Install winches, plow kits, lighting, and performance exhaust systems.
- Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to ensure every machine is trail-ready.
- Shop Excellence:Maintain a professional-grade toolset and a clean, efficient workspace.
What Were Looking For:
- Foundational Knowledge:A solid understanding of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines.
- Tool Savvy:Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment (multimeters, etc.).
- Technical Mindset:You don't just follow instructions; you want to understand how the systems work together.
- Documentation Skills:Ability to clearly document work performed for customer service records.
- Requirements:Valid drivers license (Motorcycle endorsement required or obtainable within 90 days).
