Reports To: Manager, Risk and Legal Resolutions

Location: Woburn, MA

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be a key team player providing administrative support to the Legal Department.

Specific duties include:

  • Day-to-day administration support for the Legal Department
  • Manage Legal inboxes and SalesForce queues
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Process daily printing and mailing jobs
  • Perform other tasks on an as needed basis
  • Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor

Required Experience, Skills and Competencies:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative & customer support role, preferably in a law firm or in-house setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to ensure that all are completed timely
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Experience using MS Office and Outlook, Adobe and Internet
  • SalesForce a plus

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Hours are 7am – 3:30pm 8am - 4:30pm
  • In office 5 days a week
