Restoration Technician + Restoration Supervisor Responsibilities
- Respond to water/fire damage emergencies
- Perform cleanup, demolition, drying, and restoration work
- Operate restoration equipment
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and job documentation
- Provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control - SUPERVISOR
- Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews - SUPERVISOR
- Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities - SUPERVISOR
- Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided - SUPERVISOR
- Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects - SUPERVISOR
- Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues - SUPERVISOR
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Valid driver’s license
- Can pass a background check according to industry standards and company policy
- Construction, restoration, cleaning, or trade experience preferred
Bonus Points For:
- IICRC Certification
- Construction or restoration background
