Honeybird , located in the city of La Canada Flintridge is looking for a PM Shift Lead to join our front of house team. Our ideal candidate has a great sense of leadership, is understanding of both the needs of our internal and external guests, and has a proven track record of results.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction while performing duties
• Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
• Proactively assist fellow staff members
• Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met

Qualifications

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in a management role
