Pay: 3400-3600 Per Week
Schedule: 40 hours per week | Day Shift
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Prudential Healthcare Staffing LLP is seeking an experienced and dependable Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a full-time contract opportunity in Crookston, Minnesota.
This is an excellent opportunity for an OR nurse looking for consistent full-time hours, weekly pay, and a stable contract assignment while working alongside an experienced surgical team.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients before, during, and immediately following surgical procedures
- Prepare the operating room, equipment, instruments, and supplies for scheduled procedures
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure compliance with infection-control standards
- Perform circulating nurse responsibilities during surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and other members of the perioperative team
- Complete pre-operative patient assessments and verify required documentation
- Monitor patient safety throughout surgical procedures
- Accurately document medications, procedures, surgical counts, specimens, and patient information
- Assist with patient positioning and preparation for surgery
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and surgical emergencies
- Follow facility policies, clinical standards, and patient-safety procedures
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous Operating Room / Perioperative RN experience
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS certification preferred or required based on facility guidelines
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical safety practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
- Strong communication, critical-thinking, and documentation skills
- Dependable, professional, and comfortable working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary surgical team
