What You’ll Be Doing

As a Front Desk / Patient Services Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
• Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining an organized calendar.
• Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries with care and accuracy.
• Assisting with patient check-ins and check-outs, including verifying insurance information.
• Maintaining accurate records and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or customer service setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in managing schedules and handling administrative tasks.
• A friendly and professional demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
