What You’ll Be Doing
As a Front Desk / Patient Services Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
- Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining an organized calendar.
- Answering phone calls and addressing patient inquiries with care and accuracy.
- Assisting with patient check-ins and check-outs, including verifying insurance information.
- Maintaining accurate records and handling administrative tasks efficiently.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or customer service setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in managing schedules and handling administrative tasks.
