Pay: At $15 per hour, you'll be well rewarded for helping us create an unforgettable guest experience.

Schedule: This position is full- or part-time position. Shifts are designed to keep the barbershop running smoothly while offering the stability you need.

YOUR DAY AS A FRONT DESK COORDINATOR

As a full- or part-time Front Desk Coordinator, you will greet every guest with a smile and set the tone for their entire visit. Throughout your day, you'll expertly manage bookings and walk-ins, handle payments, and maintain an efficient schedule. You'll support our talented barbers by keeping things organized, answering customer questions, restocking products, and managing wait times. Multitasking will be your superpower as you ensure every client feels welcome and every detail is handled with care, all while fostering the relaxed, friendly atmosphere Floyd's 99 Barbershop is known for.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A FRONT DESK COORDINATOR

Friendly, professional, and great with people
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work confidently in a fast-paced environment
Phone etiquette
Team player with a can-do attitude
