- Location: Camden, NJ
- Shift: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm (37.5 hours per week)
- Must complete pre-employment screenings prior to starting work (background check and drug screen)
- Must be able to start working immediately

The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing maintenance repairs, performing preventative maintenance throughout the property, curb appeal projects and responsible for the turnover of units. The right candidate must provide quality customer care and services to existing and prospective residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES
*Responsible for maintenance of vacant apartment units and preparing for rent ready condition.
*Diagnosing and making repairs: appliance installation/repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring (carpet/tile), interior/exterior lighting, dry wall, equipment, roofing (when needed), structural, concrete and asphalt.
*Responsible for completing work orders.
*Adhere to maintenance schedule for maintenance coverage at the property.
*Make sure inventory is tracked and secured at all times.
*Inspect property grounds and property equipment daily for safety and cleanliness.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 1+ Year of Apartment Maintenance Experience
- Must Pass Background Screening and drug screening
- Friendly and focused on Customer Service
