Job Description

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to provide efficient technical support to employees in a Windows-based environment. This is a long-term contract position located in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, requiring a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. The role involves working onsite five days a week with the possibility of hybrid flexibility after ramp-up.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver first-line deskside and remote support to approximately 120 employees, including troubleshooting Windows-based systems and a small number of Mac devices.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to applications, desktops, laptops, and other hardware.
• Utilize Intune to manage and deploy laptops and ensure proper setup.
• Perform imaging of desktops and laptops, customizing images as needed to meet user requirements.
• Maintain and track helpdesk tickets in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Support Active Directory by managing user permissions and access.
• Install, configure, and repair desktop hardware and peripherals.
• Provide guidance and training to users on basic technical issues and system functionalities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support across the organization.• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for Windows 10 systems and basic Mac support.
• Proficiency in desktop imaging and customization processes.
• Familiarity with Windows Intune for device management.
• Experience with Active Directory for user access and permissions.
• Solid understanding of desktop hardware and peripheral setup and maintenance.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in Coatesville, Pennsylvania.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to assist users effectively.
