Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A retail pharmacy is seeking a skilled Staff Pharmacist to provide per diem coverage primarily on Fridays from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with additional days and vacation coverage as needed.
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and verify technician work to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Verify prescriptions accurately to maintain patient safety.
- Counsel patients on medication usage and answer their questions confidently.
- Administer immunizations if certified, supporting community health initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina pharmacist license.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail pharmacy experience.
- Immunization certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
Schedule/Hours:
- Fridays 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM ongoing.
- Additional days and vacation coverage may be required.
