Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
Pediatric experience, especially in early childhood or elementary populations
Previous work with moderate to profound needs preferred
CCC-SLP certification preferred; strong new graduates (CFs) considered
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative speech-language services for K–12 students
Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes
Document services and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
