The DNA Group is looking for an experienced Ideagen Workflow Consultant to help drive operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in workflow solutions, business process improvement, and change management within public sector or healthcare environments.
Overview Requirements:
• Assess and analyze existing workflow processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
• Design and configure workflow solutions within the Ideagen platform tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate closely with IT, compliance, and business teams to align workflows with regulatory and operational standards.
• Lead the integration of Ideagen workflows with existing systems and tools.
• Conduct end-to-end testing, validation, and quality assurance of developed workflows.
• Develop training resources and provide user training and support to ensure adoption and long-term usability.
• Maintain detailed documentation for workflows, system configuration, and support processes.
• Promote change management and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 12+ years of experience in workflow automation, process improvement, or related IT consulting roles.
• Strong expertise in Ideagen software configuration and deployment.
• In-depth knowledge of business process analysis, optimization methodologies, and compliance requirements.
• Experience integrating workflow platforms with enterprise systems and data reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive user adoption.
• Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

• Change Management & User Adoption Strategies: 12 years (Highly Desired)
• Workflow Configuration in Ideagen Software or Similar System: 12 years (Highly Desired)
