Junior Attorney

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in various legal matters, including probate, wills, civil and family law, and personal injury cases. This position provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior attorneys in preparing legal documents and case files
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case development
  • Attend court hearings and client meetings to provide legal assistance
  • Draft and review wills, trusts, and probate documents
  • Support clients in family law matters including divorce and custody issues
  • Collaborate with team members on litigation and trial preparation
  • Maintain organized records and documentation related to cases

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Strong knowledge of probate, wills, civil, family law, and personal injury law
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Prior internship or clerkship experience in a law firm is a plus
