Job Description

Position : Data Scientist

Location : McLean, VA Onsite (Must be local)

Duration : Long term contract

Interview : In-person (1 round)

Must-Have Skills

Hands-on experience with Machine Learning transitioned into Generative AI
Strong proficiency in RAG, Python (Jupyter), and workflow automation using agents
Deep understanding of data structures and modeling

Preferred Skills

Experience building AI agents, MCP, A2A, Graph RAG
Deployed GenAI applications into production environments

Nice to Have

Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Bedrock, OpenAI, Vertex AI, and knowledge bases

Note: GitHub repo review is strongly recommended. Technical vetting and assessment testing are preferred.
