Position Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused, experienced Service Advisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional service experience and building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in the service drive and assist with their vehicle service needs\
- Generate vehicle appraisals and repair estimates
- Write repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, and text regarding vehicle status and recommendations
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) standards
- Communicate effectively with technicians and internal team members to ensure timely service
Qualifications
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Commitment to customer service satisfaction
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
- Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of service writing experience preferred
