Associate Dentist
Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 10 AM–5 PM | Sign-On Bonus
We’re seeking a confident and experienced Associate Dentist to join an established, doctor-owned private practice with immediate patient demand. The practice has recently opened a brand-new facility designed for high clinical efficiency, advanced digital dentistry, and comprehensive patient care.
This opportunity offers a fast-paced clinical environment where you’ll have full clinical autonomy while providing a broad range of restorative and surgical dentistry. You’ll work with modern technology and equipment while treating approximately 15–20 patients per day.

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, preventive, and surgical procedures
- Diagnose oral health conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Perform crown and bridge procedures, surgical extractions, bone grafting, implant restorations, and molar endodontics
- Conduct comprehensive patient examinations and clearly present treatment recommendations
- Utilize digital imaging, panoramic imaging, intraoral scanners, and modern rotary and surgical equipment
- Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation
- Coordinate referrals for complex endodontic, oral surgery, and implant cases when appropriate
- Follow established clinical, safety, and infection-control standards
- Communicate clinical findings and treatment recommendations clearly with patients
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong bedside manner while delivering patient-centered care
- Collaborate effectively with the dental team while maintaining clinical autonomy
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active or eligible Texas Dental License
- 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
- AEGD or GPR residency completion preferred
- Experience with or willingness to perform restorative and surgical procedures
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to develop appropriate treatment plans
- Excellent chairside manner and patient communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment
- Team-oriented, professional, and patient-focused approach
