We are seeking experienced Field technicians due to growth and expansion. You will work with a team of technicians to install various electronics systems such as Audio/video, home theaters, electronic shades and lighting, security systems, access control systems etc. Primary job duties will include installation and programming of electronic systems in new construction mostly residential as well as various small commercial applications.
Responsibilities:
- Installation of electronic systems and applications based on sales proposals to new and existing clients
- Complete projects by deadline
- Communicate with the Operations manager regarding status of installations
- Investigate and resolve customer issues and concerns
- Work with the project team in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in low voltage installations, customer service
- Strong electronic skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to build rapport with team
- Minimum 5 years' experience as low voltage systems installer and programmer
- Control4 certification and experience required
- ELAN programming experience desired
