Working Supervisor | Walker, MI
Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of manufacturing associates, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed to meet targets.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to resolve issues.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production schedules.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control procedures in a manufacturing setting.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- - Experience with production scheduling software
- - Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts
- - Basic understanding of preventative maintenance principles
- - Experience with quality control processes and documentation
