Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Azure and M365 GCC High engineer to help maintain, secure, and continuously improve our environment. You'll own day-to-day optimization and troubleshooting, partner with a mission-driven team, and make a direct impact on how we operate and deliver.
This is a hybrid role based in Washington, DC, with some on-site days and the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.
Responsibilities
- Intune policy management: Resolving conflicts, refining security baselines, and ensuring consistent device compliance across our Windows 11 fleet
- Windows 11 enterprise management: Autopilot, device configuration, patching, and troubleshooting enrollment and deployment issues
- Microsoft Purview and DLP: Configuring sensitivity labels, data loss prevention policies, and information protection controls
- General Azure and GCC High tenant administration: Entra ID, Defender, conditional access, and ongoing security hygiene
- Application Packaging: Creating, testing, and troubleshooting application deployments across managed devices
- SharePoint Online administration: Site provisioning, permissions management, and integration with broader M365 services
- Occasional IT support escalations: Helping our helpdesk with complex issues as they arise
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science or similar field
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, SC-400, SC-300, or equivalent)
- 3+ years relevant work experience
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Azure and 365 GCC High tenants
- Deep familiarity with Intune, Entra ID, and Windows 11 Enterprise
- Experience configuring Microsoft Purview, sensitivity labels, and DLP policies
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in an async environment
- Eligible to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
Nice to Have
- Secret or higher security clearance
- CMMC or FedRAMP compliance experience
- CompTIA Security+ or similar security certifications
- AWS or AWS GovCloud experience

Salary Range: $77,000–$111,000 based on education and level of relevant experience.
