Want more flexibility and the freedom to set your own hours? We're hiring a full time licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a direct hire home health role in SW Ohio. Depending on the fit, you could cover parts of Hamilton County, parts of Butler County, or both. You'll provide one-on-one therapy in patients' homes, work close to where you live, and build real relationships with the people you treat.

What You'll Do

- Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and independence
- Teach patients and families home exercise programs and daily living adaptations
- Coordinate with PTs and the care team to keep treatment plans effective
- Document visits and progress notes in line with agency policy
- Join occasional team meetings and trainings

What You Need

- Graduate of an accredited PTA program (associate degree)
- Active Ohio PTA license, or eligible to be licensed
- 2+ years of experience preferred, but motivated new grads are welcome to apply
- Reliable transportation for travel within Hamilton and Butler County
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with the therapy team
