We are seeking an experienced Wire Harness Assembly Technician to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have previous hands-on experience assembling wire harnesses and be comfortable working with precision measuring tools. Attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed work instructions are essential.
1st shift 8am-4:30pm
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble wire harnesses according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
- Cut, strip, crimp, terminate, route, and secure wires and cables.
- Read and follow wiring diagrams, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
- Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and proper connections.
- Use digital and dial calipers to take accurate measurements.
- Use tape measures and other measuring tools as required.
- Identify and correct assembly or measurement issues.
Required Qualifications
- Previous wire harness assembly experience is required.
- Experience using digital calipers and dial calipers is required.
- Experience using tape measures and other basic measuring tools.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, drawings, and measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good hand dexterity and ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks.
