Quality Inspector – Clean Room Environment
Job Description
This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and performing accurate inspection of labels in a clean room environment. The position focuses on ensuring all products meet established quality standards by using measurement tools, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and documenting results with precision and care.
Responsibilities
- Inspect labels in a clean room environment to ensure they meet established quality standards.
- Use tape measures and small measurement tools to verify that product dimensions and specifications are accurate.
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and adhere to documented procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, measurements, and any quality issues identified.
- Identify defects or nonconformities and report them promptly to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle and move materials safely, including lifting items up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with clean room requirements.
- Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, to document findings and collaborate with team members.
- Apply basic math skills to perform measurements, counts, and simple calculations related to inspections.
Essential Skills
- Demonstrated quality experience in an inspection or quality-focused role.
- Ability to read a tape measure and use small measurement tools accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic math skills to support measurement and inspection tasks.
- Proficient English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Understanding of and ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a clean room or controlled environment.
- Experience documenting inspection results and quality findings.
- Comfort working with standardized procedures and checklists.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
