Responsibilities
- Build relationships with individuals, families, and local businesses.
- Educate clients on insurance solutions including auto, home, life, renters, and business coverage.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and outbound prospecting.
- Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients have the right protection for their needs.
Requirements
- Property Casualty Insurance License preferred, or willingness to obtain one with district support.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable making outbound calls, networking, and generating new business opportunities.
