Robert Half is seeking a Power Automate / SharePoint Automation Consultant to support a legal association organization based remotely (Pacific Time preferred).
This role involves stabilizing and improving the organization’s Power Automate and SharePoint environment, including fixing existing flows, setting up reminders for expiring approvals, and improving workflow reliability.
The position is fully remote, part-time (0–20 hours/week) for approximately 2 months, with potential to extend based on project needs.

Job Responsibilities
Review and repair existing Power Automate workflows in a live production environment.
Build and enhance reminder systems for expiring approvals and contract renewals.
Evaluate current automation health and recommend process improvements.
Troubleshoot failed flows, permission issues, and file attachment errors.
Collaborate with internal administrators and external vendors to resolve automation issues.
Document workflow updates and ensure reliable automation going forward.
5–6 years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint Online.
Strong understanding of SharePoint permissions and admin-level access.
Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting Power Automate flows directly in production.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Experience supporting end users and vendors in Microsoft 365 environments.
