Direct Support Professional / Personal Attendant for Developmental Disabilities - Burbank/Glendale
Employment Information

Locations: Burbank, Glendale, & surrounding areas

Full & Part-Time: $20 / hour

Mileage reimbursement
-
$10/month cell phone stipend
-
Flexible shifts ranging from morning, evening, and overnight shifts

Your Responsibilities
-
Support participants with daily living skills such as cleaning, cooking, and budgeting
-
Encourage and model independence, hobbies, and social activities
-
Assist participants access and participate in community activities
-
Assist with personal care such as medication support, hygiene and bathing (lifting / transferring may be required)

Collaborate and follow Person-Centered Care planning with participant
-
Record keep progress of care plan
Who We’re Looking For

Someone who is compassionate with a person-centered mindset

Someone who has a warm, respectful, and professional presence

Someone who is capable of communication with dignity and respect, especially during challenging moments

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-
Responsible, and can assist in goal progress tracking
-
CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if you’re not certified or need to be recertified)

Weekend Availability (Is a plus but not required)
