We are looking for an individual who can deliver exceptional customer service, assist with product selection, maintain store presentation, process transactions, and ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations related to age-restricted products.3
This is a Part-Time Position that can become Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding devices, e-liquids, disposables, accessories, and related products
- Verify customer age in compliance with applicable laws and company policies
- Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash and electronic payments
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory; assist with inventory counts and loss prevention
- Stay informed on new products, industry trends, and regulatory updates
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a professional and courteous manner
Required Qualifications:
- Must be of legal age to sell age-restricted products (per state and local law)
- Must be willing to undergo a background check
- Must have reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to learn and explain technical product information clearly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a hemp, smoke, or specialty retail store
- Familiarity with nicotine and hemp derived products
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell responsibly
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
