Position Summary:-
The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day
operations of the warehouse, ensuring the safe, accurate, efficient, and compliant
receipt, storage, handling, fulfillment, and shipment of dental equipment, supplies, and
related products.
This position will lead warehouse personnel, manage inventory accuracy, coordinate
inbound and outbound shipments, establish operational procedures, monitor
productivity, and ensure that equipment is handled and stored appropriately to prevent
damage, loss, contamination, or shipment errors.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations leader with strong warehouse
management experience, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the
ability to manage people and processes in a fast-paced medical equipment
environment.
Reports to- CEO
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all daily warehouse operations, including: Receiving, Inspection, Put-away
Inventory storage, Order picking, Packing, Shipping, Returns and Cycle counting.
2.Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and accountability. Establish and monitor
cycle-counting procedures. Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement
corrective actions
3. Prepare pelicans and other materials for Hands on courses (HOC), manage proper
shipping, delivery and return of all the equipment from HOC.
4.Oversee all incoming shipments and ensure products are received accurately. Verify
quantities, SKUs, purchase orders, serial numbers, and product conditions. Coordinate
with vendors and purchasing regarding receiving discrepancies. Ensure received
products are properly entered into the inventory system.
5. Manage the warehouse return process for medical and dental equipment. Coordinate

6.Establish quality-control procedures throughout warehouse operations. Monitor order
accuracy, receiving accuracy, inventory accuracy, and shipment quality. Investigate
recurring warehouse errors and develop corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management,
Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience
• 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or operations experience.
• 2–3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience managing inventory and warehouse employees.
• Experience with ERP/WMS or inventory management systems, NetSuite Preferred.
Work Environment- Air condition facility.
Salary- $90,000 annually with up to 10,000 annual performance bonus based on KPI.
Overtime exempt position.
