As a Cake Decorator, you’ll be the creative force behind our most joyful offerings:
- Decorate and assemble cakes, and desserts to recipe and visual brand standards
- Follow established production methods and maintain organized workflow
- Ensure cake displays are organized and visually appealing to enhance the guest experience in a timely and continuous manner
- Prepare creams, fillings, icings, and toppings from scratch or components
- Manage daily production plans and workflows to meet café demand
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe decorating station
- Support special orders and guest customization needs when applicable
- Receive, stock, and organize ingredients and supplies efficiently
- Monitor equipment and ingredient inventory, notifying supervisors of any issues or shortages
- Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks
- Help train new Cake Team Members in decoration techniques and café procedures Monitor product quality and consistency—because details matter
- Complete waste logs, production sheets, or prep reports as required
- Adapt to other bakery tasks as needed (we’re all one team!)
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
What You Bring
- At least 1+ years of cake decorating or culinary experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with piping bags, whipped cream, fruit décor, and finishing techniques
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and labeling practices
- ServSafe Food Handler’s Certification (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and pride in presentation
- Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Team-first attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for hospitality
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.

Starting pay is $21 an hour with ability to increase after completion of training period. Must be willing to travel to Southern California for a training period of 30 days.
