ZOOM ROOM, an All Positive Dog Training facility, is looking for a friendly and service-oriented Trainer/Front Desk Associate to join our team in McKinney and Plano! If you’re passionate about providing excellent service and have a knack for working with both people and pups, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Trainer/Front Desk Associate, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and engaging experience for our clients and their furry friends. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with dog training classes using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Providing exceptional customer service at the front desk, including scheduling appointments and answering client inquiries.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for dogs and their owners.
- Educating clients on our training methods, services, and products.
- Supporting the team with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient facility management.

What We’re Looking For: Skills and Qualifications

We’re seeking a candidate who brings the following to the table:
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant role, such as customer service, animal care, or training.
- A passion for dogs and a commitment to positive reinforcement training methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and team members.
- A proactive attitude with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A willingness to learn and grow within our team-oriented environment.
