Position: Senior Director of Housekeeping
Location: Hybrid, with national travel.
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director of Housekeeping to lead our housekeeping operations across Vacatia’s growing portfolio of resorts. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership, setting the standards for cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency while guiding and developing property-level teams. You’ll be the driving force behind consistency, cost efficiency, and service excellence company wide.
What You’ll Do

Lead the Standard: Create and maintain housekeeping standards, policies, and cleanliness benchmarks across all properties.

Operational Excellence: Partner with Regional Directors and GMs to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations and alignment with company goals.

Vendor Partnerships: Manage third-party housekeeping and laundry vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure quality and value.

Drive Efficiency: Identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize labor, and streamline supply management without compromising quality.

Quality Assurance: Implement audits, track guest feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

Innovate & Inspire: Introduce new technology, sustainable practices, and industry-leading solutions.

Develop Leaders: Recruit, coach, and mentor housekeeping managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
What We’re Looking For

10+ years in housekeeping leadership, with at least 5 years at multi-property or corporate level.
Proven success in standardizing operations and improving performance. -
Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget oversight experience.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to travel frequently (50%+).
