What You’ll Do:

● Perform repairs or installation of special purpose personnel elevators, dumbwaiters, material lifts and freight lifts.

● Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot issues under the guidance of seasoned professionals.

● Assessing equipment and diagnosing/troubleshooting breakdowns.

● Communicate with management on quality standards and repairs

● Perform repairs according to company’s quality standards and procedures

● Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

● Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning to advance your skills.

● Communicate & track spare part usage

● Complete paperwork

● Other duties as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For:

● A proactive team player with a strong work ethic.

● Basic mechanical knowledge or prior experience in construction, electrical, or mechanical fields is a plus.

● Willingness to learn and take direction.

● Self-starter and team player with a desire to succeed personally and professionally.

● Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.

● Strong attention to safety protocols.

● Willing to travel for up to a week at a time (home most weekends).

Requirements:

● Must be able to work in the USA legally & have valid citizenship.

● High School diploma or equivalent.

● Must have mechanical and electrical (120v-500v) skills.

● Must be able to read electrical schematics.

● Must be able to work at heights.

● Must be able to work in tight spaces and work with hand tools.

● Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.

● Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a good driving record.

● Follow safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions.

● Possess strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills; focused on timely solutions.

● Work with various machine parts that can weigh 100-150 pounds.

● Drug-Free periodic testing is required.

● Maintain a working knowledge of existing equipment and other advances in accessibility technology.

● Professional presence and customer service skills for field service interactions.
