Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment is seeking a results-driven Continuous Improvement Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive efficiency, quality, and performance in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a passion for Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

• Champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, improve throughput, and enhance product quality.

• Partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps and develop action plans.

• Facilitate root cause analyses and process mapping workshops.

• Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track progress and ensure sustainability of improvements.

• Mentor and train team members on operational excellence tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or related roles.

• Proven track record in manufacturing.

• Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred).

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Pay Details: $112,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
