Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment is seeking a results-driven Continuous Improvement Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive efficiency, quality, and performance in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a passion for Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, improve throughput, and enhance product quality.

Partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps and develop action plans.

Facilitate root cause analyses and process mapping workshops.

Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track progress and ensure sustainability of improvements.

Mentor and train team members on operational excellence tools and techniques.
Qualifications
-
9+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or related roles.

Proven track record in manufacturing.

Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred).

Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Pay Details: $112,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
