What You'll Do:
As the Front of House AM Shift Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our customers leave with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the front-of-house team during morning shifts with confidence and positivity.
- Maintaining strict adherence to food safety and cleanliness guidelines.
- Providing exceptional customer service and sharing your knowledge of Cane & Coconut’s brand and products.
- Supporting team members and fostering a collaborative, upbeat work environment.
- Managing daily tasks, including setup, organization, and ensuring operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a team player who is health and wellness-oriented, nutrition-conscious, and ready to bring their best every day. Here’s what we need from you:
- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role or relevant environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Certification: Food Handler ServSafe Certification (or the ability to acquire and maintain one). - Knowledge: Familiarity with Cane & Coconut’s brand and products (or willingness to learn).
- Mindset: A passion for health, wellness, and creating a positive customer experience.
