Job Title: Figma Web Designer
Location-Type: Hybrid Remote (must be local to Conshohocken, PA; Austin, TX; or New York, NY)
Start Date Is: ASAP
Duration: 6-month contract
Compensation Range: $45-55/hr on W2 ONLY!

Job Description:
Execute visually refined and responsive web pages using Figma within a pre-established design system.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Build and refine components and landing pages using Figma

  • Work within an existing design system with set iconography, layout, and visual elements

  • Collaborate closely with internal designers and stakeholders

  • Translate briefs into design execution with minimal guidance

  • Ensure visual quality and consistency across hundreds of web pages

  • Provide organized and annotated design handoffs to developers

  • Contribute to meeting timelines and project deliverables

Requirements:

  • Must-Haves:

    • 5 years in web visual design roles

    • Advanced proficiency with Figma (including variables, auto layout, linked libraries, branches, annotations)

    • Strong visual portfolio showcasing clean, elegant, responsive web design

    • Experience in production design, executing designs created by others

    • Able to take direction and work autonomously

    • Understanding of handing off designs to development teams

  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JS, JSON

    • Experience working in agile or fast-paced digital environments
