An Assistant Manager is a supporting role to the manager, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a business or organization. They are responsible for managing employees, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring that the company’s goals are being met. They also supervise employees during day-to-day tasks, provide customer support in escalated situations and manage the overall workflow of a workplace. In the absence of the General Manager, Assistant Managers take over their duties and responsibilities. Jewelry experience is a plus.
