Job Description
At LiquidStack, we're redefining what's possible in the data center world. As a global leader in advanced liquid cooling solutions, we're powering the future of AI, edge computing, and high-performance systems. Our team is growing, and we're looking for skilled professionals who want to be part of something innovative and impactful.
Position Summary
We're looking for a technically skilled and hands-on Technical Support Representative to join our Global Services team in Carrollton, TX. In this role, you'll provide post-sales technical support for LiquidStack's cutting-edge liquid cooling systems used in high-performance computing, data centers, and edge infrastructure. You will serve as a key liaison between customers, field technicians, and internal teams to troubleshoot mechanical and thermal systems, coordinate warranty and service coverage, and ensure product issues are resolved quickly and accurately.
This is an ideal role for someone with a background in mechanical systems, thermal technologies, HVAC/R, or manufacturing—not IT support. You'll work directly with hardware, engineering documentation, and hands-on equipment to solve real-world problems in a fast-growing technological space.
If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, collaborating cross-functionally, and working with innovative cooling technologies that are reshaping the future of data infrastructure, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
What You'll Do:
-
Be the frontline technical support contact for customers, service partners, and field technicians.
-
Troubleshoot mechanical and thermal systems, not software or internal IT issues.
-
Provide expert guidance on warranty claims, service coverage, and spare parts coordination.
-
Use schematics, BoMs, and CAD files to solve real-world field challenges.
-
Work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to deliver exceptional customer service.
We're seeking a technically skilled and solutions-driven professional with the following background:
-
2+ years of hands-on experience in technical support, field service, or product support—ideally within manufacturing, HVAC/R, thermal systems, electromechanical equipment, or industrial environments.
-
Technical diploma, associate degree, or military technical training required. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering is a plus.
-
Solid foundation in mechanical and thermal systems, including fluid handling, electromechanical components, and system-level troubleshooting.
-
Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, schematics, BoMs, and CAD files (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to diagnose and resolve hardware issues.
-
Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) to manage and document customer support cases.
-
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills—able to clearly document findings, communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, and maintain structure in a fast-moving environment.
-
Highly independent, self-motivated, and comfortable managing competing priorities with minimal oversight.
-
Adaptable and effective in a hands-on production environment, supporting a global customer base across various time zones.
-
Fluency in English is required; multilingual skills are a plus.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $72,000
