Your Role:
- Promptly and consistently follow up with warm leads
- Provide exceptional buyer and seller consultations
- Utilize our marketing systems to enhance brand awareness

Requirements:
- Active Real Estate License (WA or ID)
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Sales experience is advantageous, but we train the right candidates
Compensation:
$48,000 to $200,000+
Commission-based with bonuses. Your effort directly influences your earnings.
Schedule Expectations:
- Weekends, especially Sundays, are prime client engagement times
- Tuesday team meetings are essential for collaboration and training
- Flexible Mondays/Wednesdays are encouraged for recharging
- Agents should plan to work full days from Thursday through Sunday
