Real Estate Sales Agent Responsibilities:


  • Engage with leads to boost sales.
  • Foster relationships with clients to drive additional sales.
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand their needs and showcase properties that meet those requirements.
  • Host open houses to promote agency listings.
  • Manage the entire process from property listing to closing, ensuring a seamless transaction experience.
  • Attract prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Possess local knowledge of the community and market conditions to address inquiries about potential homes, similar properties, and the surrounding neighborhood.


Real Estate Sales Agent Qualifications:


  • Previous sales experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with technology.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Self-motivation and drive.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A valid Real Estate License is required; we can assist you in obtaining one!

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
