Job Title: Project Coordinator/Executive Administrator

Position Overview:
Engineered Plastic Components Inc (EPC), a world-class manufacturer of plastic products, is a growing company in search of a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator/ Executive Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to the company owner /CEO in key aspects of projects across the organization. This role demands exceptional multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to facilitate smooth communication and project execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bridge the gap between executive leadership and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize domestic and international travel.
- Handle high-volume communication including phone calls, emails, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and executive events.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal departments or external partners.
- Exercise discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning and tracking project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Monitor progress, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of project tasks.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including reports and resource files.
- Communicate project updates to team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Identify and flag potential issues or roadblocks for resolution.
- Will require travel on occasion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with executives, team members, and stakeholders.
- Organizational Excellence: Superior ability to manage time, schedules, and multiple priorities.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project).
- Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying issues and independently resolving challenges as they arise.
- Discretion & Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to team dynamics and cross-functional coordination.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience working directly with senior leadership or in a fast-paced corporate environment.
