Job Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Project Assistant to support the Project Manager in executing special and technical projects, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager with special and technical projects
- Prepare reports, documentation, and project-related materials
- Provide full administrative and office support functions
- Coordinate scheduling, resources, and time management tasks
- Support daily operational needs of the department
- Ensure efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED required
- Bachelor’s degree (health-related or engineering field preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in scheduling, coordination, and administrative support
- Strong ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
