We've partnered with a well-established law firm that is actively seeking to hire a Personal Injury Paralegal (Plaintiffs) to join their team. This is a fully In-Office position offering hands-on exposure across the lifecycle of personal injury cases, with strong involvement in litigation and trial preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who enjoys working closely with attorneys, managing case progression, and contributing directly to successful outcomes.

Location: Mineola, NY (Onsite) - Compensation: Base salary starting at $70,000 - $85,000+ (highly competitive; depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities

Draft and file summons and complaints
-
Prepare Bills of Particulars
-
Draft and respond to discovery demands

Maintain regular client communication and provide case updates

Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organising exhibits and case files

Manage case documentation and ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience as a Plaintiffs' Personal Injury Paralegal

Strong working knowledge of litigation processes and documentation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook

Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise effectively
