Responsibilities:

- Proactively manage and assist clients with open claims, providing ongoing guidance and support throughout the claims process.
- Advise clients on insurance coverage and assist with reporting and submitting claims to the appropriate insurance carrier or third‑party administrator.
- Partner with clients and carriers on claim resolution, including assisting with settlement negotiations, reserve adequacy, and coverage interpretations.
- Maintain accurate and timely claim documentation, including internal claim files and updates within the agency management system.
- Analyze and summarize claims data to support client presentations, including loss summaries, open claim reports, loss trend analysis, and other claims‑related deliverables.
- Build strong relationships and maintain clear communication with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders while responding promptly to questions and requests.
