THE POSITION:

As a Donation Attendant, you will:
- Greet every donor within 10 seconds, be courteous, helpful, and ready to assist.
- Receive and organize donations with care, ensuring all items are properly handled and stored.
- Separate wares and textiles, maintaining flow and order based on standards.
- Maintain accurate donor logs and provide tax receipts when requested.
- Keep the donation site clean, safe, and in line with our brand image—because every detail matters.
- Collaborate with transportation and store teams as needed to ensure smooth operations.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Basic math and price evaluation skills
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in retail or processing preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred or looking forward to work toward completion.
THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 lbs regularly
- Comfortable with standing, bending, and repetitive motion
- Dexterity to handle small items and perform sorting tasks efficiently
