Job Description

The Hotel Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and order within guest rooms and common areas to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment. Working under direct supervision within a small team of 1-5 members, this role involves effective use of various cleaning tools and products while managing time efficiently and collaborating with team members. Regular weekend shifts are part of the schedule to meet the hotel's operational needs.

Responsibilities

Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding linens
Sanitize rooms and surfaces using eco-friendly and specialized cleaning products
Replenish room supplies such as toiletries and linens
Use manual and mechanized cleaning tools and equipment effectively
Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within shift durations
Collaborate with team members to ensure coverage and maintain standards
Work scheduled regular weekend shifts as required

Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or housekeeping environments
