Labor And Employment Attorney
Orange County, California (Hybrid)
Compensation : $200,000 – $400,000 + Full Benefits

With a reputation for excellence and a highly selective hiring approach, the firm is trusted to handle bet-the-company litigation, wage and hour class actions, PAGA claims, and sensitive employment disputes.
Responsibilities:
- Handle employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Manage wage and hour, PAGA, and class and collective actions
- Work directly with clients and senior attorneys on strategy
Qualifications:
- 4–10 years of employment litigation experience
- Strong background in wage and hour and PAGA matters
- Experience with class and collective actions preferred
- Ability to manage cases independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Active California Bar license required
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
