Building Superintendent / Porter (Luxury Residential)
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Building Superintendent / Porter to maintain multiple residential properties in the area.
Responsibilities:
- Daily cleaning of common areas (hallways, lobbies, staircases)
- Maintain high standards in luxury spaces including gym, rooftop, and lounge areas
- Cleaning floors, mirrors, doors, and surfaces to a high level
- Garbage and recycling management
- Light maintenance and basic repairs (handyman skills required)
- Ensure buildings are clean, presentable, and well-maintained at all times
Requirements:
- Prior experience in residential buildings (preferably high-end/luxury)
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Basic handyman skills (plumbing, electrical, minor repairs)
- Reliable and responsible
- Able to handle multiple buildings in the area
- Available for occasional emergencies
Compensation:
- Starting at $18/hour
- Opportunity to increase to $20–$22/hour based on performance and time
